We also institute and defend all types of actions in all levels of courts and tribunals in Nigeria. We advise clients and respond on their behalf to investigations by regulators such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as those of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. We have extensive practice in the various High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
