We are in the position to act for clients in respect of the purchase, sale and hire of vessels. Advice in this regard typically will include advice on the financing and securitisation of Maritime assets. We also advise clients on the regulations and guidelines of the National Maritime Authority and registration of vessels under the merchant Shipping Cabotage Acts.
